Position Overview:

Naturetech Private Limited is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee quality management across our pellet factory and sawmill operations. The role ensures that all activities – from raw material receiving to production, floor management, and final dispatch – strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards as per ISO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all factory floor activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality management systems.
  • Inspect and verify raw material upon receipt to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Oversee machine operations and production processes to ensure smooth running as per defined quality parameters.
  • Maintain real-time quality checks during production to avoid defects and wastage.
  • Ensure finished goods are inspected and dispatched according to company quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and update SOPs for quality assurance in coordination with management.
  • Train and guide factory staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records of quality checks.
  • Liaise with operations, Lab, store, and dispatch teams to ensure compliance across departments.
  • Report non-conformities, suggest corrective actions, and follow up for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing/wood/pellet industry.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOP implementation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a production floor with strict quality oversight.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
