Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven ASO & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our organic app store growth and paid digital advertising initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of how to drive mobile app visibility through App Store Optimization (ASO) while also managing high-converting paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and passionate about user acquisition and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

As the ASO & Performance Marketing Specialist, you will take charge of optimizing app store listings to increase organic downloads and improve conversion rates. You will conduct keyword research, optimize metadata, run A/B tests on store creatives, and monitor app performance metrics. Simultaneously, you will manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and others.

You will be expected to build and execute performance marketing strategies, optimize ad budgets, and collaborate with the design and product teams to deliver impactful creatives. You will analyze performance data, adjust targeting and bidding strategies, and continuously improve campaign outcomes. Regular reporting and insights generation will be a key aspect of the role.

This role also involves competitor analysis, review monitoring, maintaining compliance with app store guidelines, and ensuring a seamless visitor journey from ad to download or conversion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in ASO, performance marketing, or digital user acquisition roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling app installs and improving ROI across channels.
  • Hands-on experience with ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower), ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), and analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, App Store Console).
  • Strong skills in keyword research, copywriting, A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and work cross-functionally with product, design, and development teams.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and highly organized with a growth-oriented mindset.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Increase in organic app installs and app store keyword rankings.
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA) efficiency.
  • Improved conversion rates (store listing and landing pages).
  • Campaign reach, engagement, and click-through rates (CTR).
  • Quality of app store reviews and user feedback integration.
