Job Purpose

Enhance Banks Reach and Mobilize deposits

  • Execute the bank's partnership strategy building a strong distribution network for both Neo and NeoBiz
  • Onboard Distributors to leverage field force for account acquisition and deposit mobilization
  • Drive internal and external stakeholders to build for customer growth and digitization of financial services through embedded banking

Drive Embedded banking and BAAS integration

  • Drive strategic agenda of partner integration to create value for the customer
  • Devise solutions on integration through SDK/ APIs

Manage Corporate/ Government Relationships

  • Negotiate commercials and manage partnership agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with the bank's business objectives, compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Partner with government agencies for G2P payments
  • Bank POC for managing all partnership relations for NEO and NeoBiz
  • Monitor and analyse partnership performance

Solicit Bulk Retail and Payroll Deals

  • Solicit Neo lending bulk deals through payroll proposition
  • Act as the payroll acquisition arm for the bank

Key Result Areas

  • Leverage partners to acquire 40% of NeoBiz acquisition numbers along with generating 30% of deposit book targets
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners, including fintechs, technology providers, and other businesses, to enhance the bank's product offerings and customer experience.
  • Monetizing internal capabilities by marketing PAAS and BAAS capabilities to other banks, FinTechs and even nonbank companies.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the bank's business objectives, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with the bank's risk appetite.
  • Monitor and analyze performance and customer feedback, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all ecosystem-related activities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is preferred
  • Minimum 15 years' of overall experience with at least 7 years in B2B relationship development and management, with a focus on digital ecosystems in the financial industry
  • Proven track record of successful partnership management, with experience in managing multiple complex ecosystem portfolios
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with external partners and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of digital banking trends, technologies, and customer behaviors
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to ecosystem development and management in the banking industry
  • Experience in vendor management and partnership development, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
