The Role: Sr. Specialist Technical Project Manager

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (Virtual)

We continuously enhance our sales and marketing tools to support key business initiatives, fostering collaboration and innovation.

The Impact: As a Sr. Project Specialist and Go-To-Market lead, you will drive awareness and adoption of technology across the organization. You will develop and deliver training programs and communication strategies to ensure stakeholders are well-informed and equipped. Your work will enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and client satisfaction. You will also articulate the value of new features and functionalities to stakeholders, translating technical updates into clear insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs.

Your contributions will support our business goals, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and project teams to gather, analyze, and document updates to Salesforce and other commercial technologies.
• Create and maintain training guides, manuals, and quick reference materials.
• Design and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Develop communication materials such as newsletters, emails, and intranet updates.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex information into user-friendly content.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep strategies current.
• Align technology enhancements with go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain an organized repository of training materials and feedback for continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
• Experience in a technology or training support role within a commercial environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to create effective training and communication strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive approach to process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Training Development) are a plus.
