Graduate Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher

We are expanding our operations after growth and are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher to join the team. We are looking for a proactive Graduate that has a good professional level of both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
  1. Matching candidates to vacancies
  2. Reviewing candidate applications
  3. Best utilisation of Company Resources and Tools i.e. Job Boards and LinkedIn
  4. Ensuring accurate database records are maintained
  5. General administration duties such as data entry, emailing
  6. Headhunting and sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards and social media
  7. Delivering exceptional levels of customer service to candidates and clients
Job Specification

Requirements:

  1. Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  2. Sustainability and equality focus - we expect you to act as a professional
  3. You love a good challenge
  4. You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and you will always come out on top
  5. Passable doesn't cut it - you've got fire in your belly to learn more, do more and be more
  6. For you, the sweetest success is shared success and you're known for your good nature
  7. Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
  8. Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results
  9. Ideally have an Information Technology, Engineering or Maths or equivalent degree, we are happy to consider fresh graduates from top-ranked Universities

Start Date: ASAP

No previous experience is required. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within Recruitment and develop a long-term career in the industry. There is a chance for the Graduate Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher to really grow and develop over time and be an important member of the team in the long term.
