Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months (leading to job)
Location: Johar Town Near, Emporium Lahore.
Shift: (5am-2pm)
Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify top talent.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
- Learn to conduct interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability.
- Support in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the tech industry and eagerness to learn about technical roles (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
