Position Summary

To ensure efficient inbound & outbound operations at the Nestlé Distribution Center based at the factory, exhibiting leadership ability to manage the team and make decisions to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

A day in the life of...
  • Ensure optimal staff/labor and MHE utilization during shifts.
  • Coordinate with transport representatives about vehicle availability and maintain efficiency.
  • Ensure FEFO (First Entry First Out) and status control during loading.
  • Ensure timely supply of empty pallets to production and take corrective actions if shortages occur.
  • Provide traceability of finished goods data as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Implement Good Warehouse Practices & Food Safety Management System.
  • Follow safety and environmental responsibilities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company rules and regulations.
  • Accept additional duties outside initial scope as needed.
What will make you successful?
  • MBA / BE with 2/3 years relevant experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing.
  • Proven initiative-taking ability with successful projects.
  • Ability to work with diverse and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP 'MH Modules'.
