Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, to enhance process efficiency and user experience.
  2. Ensure integration of HR systems with organizational objectives and reporting structures.
  3. Develop and implement HR SOPs and policies to streamline operations and ensure compliance. Manage and fulfill complex data requests to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Oversee HR operations across multiple regions, including Dubai, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Nepal, and Singapore.
  5. Manage employee lifecycles, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
  6. Expertise in HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors and advanced analytics tools.
  7. Strong knowledge of HR policies, organizational design, and multi-country operations.
  8. Proven ability to lead HR transformation projects and drive operational excellence.
  9. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  10. Ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments with a focus on delivering results.

Experience & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. 6-7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on systems, analytics, and operations.
