DAE/BTECH/B.E Civil Engineers (WORK PERTAIN PAN PAKISTAN BRANCH/BLDG PROJECT ETC Experience Professional).

Pay Started Junior/Beginner 15,000 to Experienced 45,000 Professional Elite 75,000 as where your cadre fall.

1. Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
2. Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs.
3. Undertaking complex calculations/Full Command on Primavera.
4. Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
5. Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures.
6. Resolving design and development problems.
7. Managing budgets and project resources.
8. Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
9. Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
10. Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
11. Making a bill, BBS, Measurement Sheet project daily basis.
12. Making a Work schedule of the project where appointments.

(B. TECH Supervisor) Where applicable, directs and oversees junior or subordinate staff members regarding construction, operations, and/or maintenance tasks and assignments at a project site.

1. Consults with and provides guidance to project stakeholders and managerial staff regarding engineering requirements for construction of various designs, modifications, and structural repairs.
2. Uses design software and drawing tools to accurately render and communicate designs; plans and designs other necessary and related systems and structures such as transportation or hydraulics.
3. Assesses strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel by testing materials and soil. Sets design specifications by computing load and grade requirements, material stress factors, water flow rates, and similar parameters.
4. Plans projects based on the analysis of relevant materials such as drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, survey reports, maps, and other geologic and topographical data.
5. Drafts and presents reports on topics related to projects such as environmental impact statements and right-of-way descriptions.
6. Estimates materials, equipment, and labor needed to determine project costs.
7. Collaborates with architects and contractors to ensure projects progress properly.
8. Collaborates with surveyors (or directs and participates in surveying) to establish installations or reference points, grades, elevations, and other factors that will affect construction.
9. Monitors project progress and ensures design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
10. On completion of a project, inspects, repairs, and maintains the structures as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities:

1. Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools.
2. Proficient in computer-assisted design (CAD) and other design, data recording, and analysis software.
3. Thorough understanding of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings, bridges, roads, and other related structures.
4. Thorough understanding of safety regulations related to assigned projects.
5. Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to be both creative and analytical.
8. Extremely detail-oriented and accurate.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred. Licensure as professional engineer (PE) required.

Physical Requirements:

1. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
2. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
3. Must be able to travel to various project sites.
4. Must be able to access and navigate job sites and construction areas.
