Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in assigned regions. Tasks include supervising sales teams, conducting market research, and building relationships with clients to expand our market presence. Ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring market trends, and reporting on sales performance are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent market research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective client relationship and account management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the dairy or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
