Job Responsibilities
  1. Greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
  2. Respond to phone/email inquiries.
  3. Recognize and action when issues need to be escalated in the team.
  4. Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  5. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  6. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  7. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
  8. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more resellers.
  9. Appoint Reseller & SI in unrepresented areas as ASM.
  10. Conceptualize & implement business strategies in the territory for accomplishing sales targets.
  11. Responsible for payments & recovery in Faisalabad region.
  12. Assist with and cover other members of the team and undertake ad hoc duties as requested.
  13. Identify ways to streamline Sales processes and implement improvements.
  14. Complete monthly KPIs.
  15. Manage communications with Dealers & SI`s.
  16. Assist new installers with brand differential benefits and technical solutions.
Job Specification
  1. Graduate or equivalent qualification; MBA is a plus.
  2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, including the ability to draft documents with grammatical accuracy and communicate well at all levels of the organization.
  3. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
  4. Excellent organization skills and the ability to coordinate and manage people, events, and data.
  5. Methodical, accurate, with excellent attention to detail, including accurate data entry skills.
  6. Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  7. Committed to maintaining and promoting high standards of the role, department, and company, maintaining a high standard and professional image at all times.
  8. Ensure discretion is exercised when dealing with sensitive information and inquiries, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  9. Professional and confident telephone manner.
  10. Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility, commitment, and reliability.
  11. Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times.
  12. Able to work to deadlines and ensure timely delivery of information.
  13. Must enjoy working in a very busy, fast-paced environment.
