We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and scale our international outbound campaigns, specifically focused on the US market. This leadership role requires someone who can drive performance, onboard productive centers, manage partnerships, and oversee the overall growth of our BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Manage and optimize multiple US-based outbound campaigns (e.g. CGM, DME, solar, etc.)
  • Track campaign KPIs, conversions, and performance benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards (e.g. TCPA, HIPAA)

Center Onboarding & Partner Development:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new call centers or partners who can deliver quality leads
  • Build strong working relationships with external centers
  • Set clear expectations and SLAs with each partner

Leadership & Strategic Oversight:

  • Oversee daily operations with a focus on growth and profitability
  • Lead internal teams — training, supervising, and motivating campaign staff
  • Implement process improvements to enhance output and efficiency

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as the bridge between the company and clients
  • Provide regular updates, performance reports, and insights to leadership and stakeholders
  • Participate in strategic decision-making with the executive team

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior role within the BPO or call center industry
  • Proven success managing outbound international (US-based) campaigns
  • Experience with center onboarding, training, and performance tracking
  • Strong understanding of lead generation models, campaign compliance, and call center operations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, dialers, call tracking software, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and forecast results
