Operational Excellence Manager

Abacus is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operational Excellence Manager to join our growing team. This role offers a platform to lead impactful projects and make a real difference in operational success.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple BPO projects, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and quality targets to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with QA, Training, and other teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for senior management.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in BPO operations, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
