Job Summary

Act as a service partner, working collaboratively with Relationship Managers, Product Sales, Operations, and other key internal stakeholders to resolve client channel issues and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver excellent service according to agreed standards, ensuring minimal errors.
  2. Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
  3. Provide quality support and advice to Relationship Managers across all lending units in Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan, especially on documentation matters.
  4. Offer excellent service and advice to Corporate clients regarding channel activation, inquiries, setup, training, and related issues.
  5. Suggest process improvements, automation opportunities, and promote best practices.
  6. Manage onboarding processes and create Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing clients, including regulatory activities.
  7. Coordinate GIC and network onboarding processes and perform checks on CDD outputs.
  8. Work effectively with stakeholders throughout the CDD process, ensuring compliance and adherence to policies.
  9. Conduct account opening activities, collaborating with relevant teams for system setup.
  10. Support channel activation requests for Corporate and Institutional Banking clients, including internal setups and testing.
  11. Perform checks on documentation and activities within account opening and channel activation processes.
  12. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, regulations, and the regulatory framework.
  13. Follow Money Laundering Prevention Procedures, report suspicious activities, and manage risks proactively.
  14. Maintain due diligence on document safekeeping and data confidentiality, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
  15. Undertake periodic self-assessments of key controls to ensure their effectiveness.
