
Client Delivery Specialist

Job Summary
As a specialist in client delivery, you will be working collaboratively with key stakeholders to resolve client channel issues and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Excellent Service: Ensure minimal errors by following agreed standards and processes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide Quality Support: Offer advice and guidance to Relationship Managers across all lending units on documentation matters.
- Excellent Client Service: Provide prompt and effective support to Corporate clients regarding channel activation, inquiries, setup, training, and related issues.
- Process Improvements: Suggest improvements, automation opportunities, and promote best practices to enhance the overall client experience.
- Customer Due Diligence (CDD): Manage onboarding processes and create CDD for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance and adherence to policies.
- GIC and Network Onboarding: Coordinate GIC and network onboarding processes and perform checks on CDD outputs.
- Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with stakeholders throughout the CDD process, ensuring compliance and adherence to policies.
- Account Opening Activities: Conduct account opening activities, collaborating with relevant teams for system setup.
- Channel Activation Requests: Support channel activation requests for Corporate and Institutional Banking clients, including internal setups and testing.
- Documentation and Compliance: Perform checks on documentation and activities within account opening and channel activation processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, regulations, and the regulatory framework.
- Risk Management: Follow Money Laundering Prevention Procedures, report suspicious activities, and manage risks proactively.
- Due Diligence and Data Confidentiality: Maintain due diligence on document safekeeping and data confidentiality, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Self-Assessment and Improvement: Undertake periodic self-assessments of key controls to ensure their effectiveness.
