Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1/B2)

Department: Line Maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Serene Engineering Services is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and self-driven individual to join our team as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1/B2). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest maintenance standards and serviceability of aircraft as per safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualification and Requirements:

Education:

Holding a certified PCAA-approved AML in the (B1/B2) category with any type rating, preferably onA330 (CF6 Engine) &/or B737-8NG (CFM-56 Engine).

A degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years of certifying experience; A330 &/or B737-8NG aircraft with dual certification will be preferred.
  • Relevant experience in aircraft maintenance, repair and defect inspection
  • Sound knowledge of PCAA regulations, certifications, technical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and certify scheduled aircraft maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct inspections to identify defects and rectify mechanical issues.
  • Approve and document maintenance work to comply with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments and coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and safety procedures during maintenance activities.
  • Lead and guide teams during maintenance operations, overseeing work quality and progress.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance actions and certification releases.
