Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Lahore. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, generating and qualifying leads, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks also include recording customer information, responding to customer inquiries, and updating customer databases to track interactions and sales progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce TUV Austria's certification, inspection, and training services.
  • Identify client needs and provide suitable service offerings (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, SABER, HACCP, etc.).
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address inquiries regarding
    ISO Certification Services, Inspection Business, and Training Programs
    .
  • Convert leads into opportunities by explaining TUV Austria's services, solutions, and value propositions.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure client satisfaction and timely closure of inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Business Assurance, Inspection, and Training teams to transfer qualified leads.
  • Accurately record and update client information in CRM/database.
  • Support in arranging training sessions and promotional campaigns over calls.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/appointments for the Sales Managers.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and follow-up details.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly telesales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business.
  • Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and awareness drives through effective telephonic outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Handle client queries, provide preliminary service details, and escalate complex inquiries to the respective team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in telesales/telemarketing, preferably in the Certification, Inspection, or Training industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO Standards and certification services will be an advantage.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
