We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to shape end-to-end Salesforce projects—from gathering requirements and solutioning to delivery and ongoing client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement Salesforce-driven solutions that streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and demonstrations to validate requirements and solution designs.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for better decision-making.
- Support teams with reporting and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights.
- Project Management
- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while actively monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, testers, analysts) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Allocate tasks, track deliverables, and resolve issues or roadblocks in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to stakeholders.
- Manage changes to the project scope or schedule, ensuring minimal disruption to objectives.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and next steps.
- Organize and lead project meetings, including kickoffs, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or PMP/Prince2 are highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a plus (though not required).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in proficient English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
