The Salesforce Head will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role involves managing a team, aligning Salesforce strategies with business objectives, and fostering innovation in CRM solutions.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy to meet business goals and improve customer relationship management.
  • Lead the Salesforce team, including developers, administrators, and analysts, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementation, integration, and optimization across business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Analyze business needs and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using Salesforce.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce team, fostering skill development and innovation.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of Salesforce teams and initiatives, aligning with their KPIs.
  • Develop processes and procedures to improve efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Do capacity planning for the Salesforce team, conducting interviews and capability analysis of the team.
Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, design patterns, limitations, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth functional knowledge of Salesforce modules like (at least 2 of these are mandatory) Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AppExchange.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and business process automation.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: In-depth knowledge and capability to manage a project single-handedly, plan budgets, and meet project deadlines.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, and architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
  • Proven leadership experience managing Salesforce teams and large-scale implementations.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Architect are highly preferred.

  • Prioritizes enhancing the customer experience through tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of end-user needs and ensures Salesforce tools address them effectively.
  • Drives initiatives that improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
