As a Product Manager with a focus on Regional Anesthesia at B. Braun, you will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of all marketing-related strategies, objectives, and activities, including product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle. Support and work closely with the Business Management and Sales team to achieve the division and company's goals and objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Products identification, Support & Tracking Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • New products market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules.
  • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, corporate communication, and procurement.
  • Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
  • Ensure that marketing operations are carried out with the highest level of ethics, in line with company policies, industry codes, and local laws and regulations.

What you will bring to the team:
  • B.Sc. / MBA Degree (Marketing)
  • 5- 8 years' experience in related field
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of summarizing and communicating key information
  • Excellent project and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong analytic and strategic skills.
