Work Timings: Hybrid schedule (5 PM to 2 AM)

  • Onsite: 5 PM to 9 PM
  • Work From Home: 9 PM to 2 AM (including 1 hour break)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Zoho Developer to join our Automation Team. This role involves working with various Zoho applications and automation tools to streamline business processes and improve system efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving capabilities, logical reasoning, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, etc.) to meet automation and business needs.
  • Work closely with the automation team to implement automated workflows and integrations.
  • Write Deluge scripts to enhance functionality and automate processes.
  • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and APIs as needed.
  • Analyze requirements, identify automation opportunities, and develop scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho-related issues.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure code quality through best practices and reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Zoho applications and scripting (Deluge).
  • Knowledge of automation tools and integration platforms like Zoho Flow, Zapier, or similar.
  • Strong analytical thinking and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
