Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  2. Design and implement custom solutions using Zoho Creator.
  3. Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho and third-party applications.
  4. Create and manage custom functions, workflows, and automation within Zoho.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Zoho ecosystem.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho developments and best practices.
  7. Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  8. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new Zoho products and features.
  9. Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
  3. Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho applications.
  4. Strong knowledge of Zoho API, Deluge scripting, and customization.
  5. Experience with data migration and integration between Zoho and external systems.
  6. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into Zoho solutions.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Zoho certifications (optional but a plus).
