What You'll Do

This is an ideal role for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial data and cross-functional collaboration. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Nisum's global FP&A operations by delivering insightful analysis, preparing performance dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across systems. You will collaborate with business leaders across departments and regions, enabling informed and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare routine and adhoc reports and projections based on financial and operational data.
• Evaluate historical and current financial/non-financial data to identify trends.
• Monitor and study business and economic trends relevant to the company's strategy.
• Conduct multidimensional performance analysis across customers, departments, and regions.
• Meet periodically with business unit and department heads to explain financial results and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Support analysis related to margin, profitability, and working capital.
• Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Validate and reconcile data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Enhance and build financial models and tools to improve forecasting and reporting.
  
  

What You Know

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business analysis, or financial reporting roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost variance analysis.
• Understanding of ETL processes and experience in maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.
• Solid grasp of financial concepts such as margin analysis, working capital, and cost analysis.
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as Intacct and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data accuracy, trends, and anomalies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide value through data-driven decision-making.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required.
• ACCA, CMA, or other financial certifications (part-qualified candidates are also encouraged to apply).
