Your role. The overall objective is to keep assigned clients happy at a level that they can refer SabirCo to their network without any requests on our side. The main role includes but is not limited to the following;

  1. Supervising assigned team members
  2. Accounting and financial projects
  3. Assisting our clients with reconciling accounts and closing their books
  4. Drafting financial reports, including annual financial statements
  5. Developing financial models, cash flow, and profitability forecasts
  6. Compiling and analyzing financial information
  7. Completing technical accounting research and preparation of white papers on accounting positions
  8. Transitioning, upgrading, or implementing financial systems
  9. Providing and preparing financial information requests for clients
  10. Formal business development (prospecting to close) and Relationship building
  11. Any other roles assigned by the management

The qualifications.

  1. The educational qualification of the desired applicant should be one of the following:
    1. – Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience working with reputable international audit/consultancy firms
    2. – Certified Public Accountant (US), ACCA or CIMA member having at least 5 years of post-membership experience in a managerial position
    3. – Masters in business, accounting, or finance having at least 7 years of working experience with international corporations in a managerial position
  2. Technical proficiency in accounting/financial management including the ability (along with the team) to prepare financial statements
  3. Accounting skills necessary to generate, prepare, and review general ledger, journal entries, records in accordance with GAAP, etc.
  4. Technological skills and openness to new ideas, taking initiatives necessary to implement constant improvements in the system.
  5. Ability to identify variances and research questions regarding financial activity and to improve accounting processes & procedures
  6. Promote positive working relationships with diverse personalities/roles at all levels in the firm
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  8. Ability to supervise team members, plan and execute work on time and within budget
