Your role. The overall objective is to keep assigned clients happy at a level that they can refer SabirCo to their network without any requests on our side. The main role includes but is not limited to:

  1. New clients onboardings and setups
  2. Monthly and quarterly closing of books
  3. Assist in annual audits and tax return filings of the clients
  4. Drafting financial reports, including annual financial statements
  5. Development of financial models, cash flow, and profitability forecasts
  6. Compiling and analyzing financial information
  7. Transitioning, upgrading, or implementing financial systems
  8. Any other roles assigned by the management

The qualifications.

  1. CA Inter/ CA Finalist / ACCA Member with experience of at least 3 years
  2. Technical proficiency in accounting/financial management including the ability (along with the team) to prepare financial statements
  3. Accounting skills necessary to generate, prepare and review general ledger, journal entries, records in accordance with GAAP, etc.
  4. Ability to identify variances and research questions regarding financial activity and to improve accounting processes & procedures
  5. Promote positive working relationships with diverse personalities/roles at all levels in the firm
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  7. Demonstrated ability to work with team members, plan and execute work on time and within budget

Salary and compensation

  1. The salary range is between PKR50,000 to PKR 75,000 based on skills, experience, and application knowledge.
  2. Salary increment after every 6 months based on quarterly performance reviews
  3. Annual performance bonus
  4. Overtime, 2x hourly rate if worked more than 160 hours
  5. Exam leaves
