We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of UKPO strategy and align project execution accordingly.
  • Shape the technology landscape of automation, customer communication, document management, and workforce solutions.
  • Initiate and oversee projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to manage expectations and identify technological opportunities.
  • Lead solution proposals, including cost estimation, high-level design, and potential implementation strategies.
  • Prepare necessary documentation such as solution proposals, marketing materials, project charters, and dashboards.
  • Drive adherence to HSBC standards and methodologies in all project executions
