Position Title: Business Development Executive
Job Status: Full-time, Onsite (Karachi)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift – US Hours)

Position Summary:

Digital Auxilius is seeking a proactive and skilled Business Development Executive to drive business growth and maintain exceptional client relationships. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and regular engagement with clients, primarily during US business hours. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mix of technical understanding, client service acumen, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and aligning internal resources to meet them.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide timely, accurate, and tailored solutions.

  • Communicate professionally via Microsoft Teams, phone, and email.

  • Handle client escalations promptly and follow through on all concerns until resolved.

  • Track account activities and project statuses, ensuring all client commitments are met on time.

  • Conduct basic data analysis to understand market trends and client behavior, informing strategy updates.

  • Stay updated on the company's full suite of products and services to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Prioritize tasks across multiple client accounts while maintaining accuracy and quality.

  • Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Adjust work availability in alignment with US time zones for scheduled meetings and calls.

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in business development, client servicing, or account management.

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.

  • Strong verbal and written english communication skills.

  • Proficient in data tracking, analysis, and reporting.

  • High adaptability, with a solution-driven and client-first approach.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening and relationship building.

  • Familiarity with industry trends and consumer behavior analytics.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and how they benefit clients.
