IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Identify, develop, and enhance the capability of all sales channels through increasing customer base to ensure Market share & growth.
- Deal in administrative, financial and consumer sales related issues for exchanges, and shall ensure their maximum productivity & efficiency.
- Facilitate in sales planning by analysis of information to get better understanding of customers and target products for consumers.
- Ensure regional target bifurcation into several areas and territories for efficient sales and distribution management via direct and indirect channels.
- Carry out process improvement by area cluster analysis, gathering competitor information, cluster wise promos & sales training.
- Ensure product promotions based on segment analysis while liaising with contact Center, JS / OSS for data gathering & coordination within channels to increase overall efficiency.
- Support regional sales channels to achieve assigned monthly targets as per quality benchmark.
- Follow-up on all Pending orders with all stakeholders.
- Implement sales planning for all PTCL channels with focus on making all sales channels efficient through BI.
- Collect data from regions to perform trend analysis to further improve conversion ratio in regions via data analytics tools.
- Ensure availability of ample stock of all brands with distributors and franchises for standardized distribution.
- Continuous improvement and increase in retail network.
- Coordinate with trade marketing and channel development team to ensure 100% compliance with all agreed policies and procedures.
- Follow-up with teams to ensure bill payment of new customers.
- Uphold the quality of sales across all channels, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure hiring of field forces as per given headcount.
Qualification
- MBA (Sales / Marketing)/ equivalent degree from HEC recognized university.
- Certified Sales Expert or Selling is an art certification will be a plus.
Experience:
- Experience in the field of sales in service industry.
- Proven experience in sales & marketing of service industry.
- Experience of leading large teams.
