  • Design and maintain automated alerts and dashboards to monitor rider performance, compliance breaches, and operational anomalies.
  • Align operational processes with the company's cost reduction and service improvement goals, creating scalable and data-backed solutions.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years in logistics, operations roles or tech role.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
