Software Quality Assurance Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly capable and analytical professional to serve as a quality gatekeeper and business partner in our R&D team.

This hybrid role requires involvement from the earliest phases of product development, offering critical insights during requirements gathering, evaluating implementation impacts, and ensuring software quality throughout the lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in requirement analysis sessions, planning and executing comprehensive manual testing strategies, and collaborating closely with product developers and technical support teams to identify, document, and resolve issues.

Additionally, they will assess system impacts, provide recommendations to enhance product reliability and user experience, and ensure detailed documentation of test cases, outcomes, and system behavior.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on manual testing experience in customer-facing enterprise applications.
  • An understanding of accounting principles and/or experience with accounting applications.
  • Proficiency in testing desktop and web-based applications.
  • Solid knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and APIs.
  • Experience writing and executing SQL queries; familiarity with relational databases (MS SQL preferred).
  • A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English.
