Codener is looking for a results-driven SEO professional to generate optimized site content. The SEO executive's tasks include collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve SEO goals, monitoring SEO success and ROI, and assisting with keeping track of the website's architecture to maintain user friendliness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective SEO tactics to increase organic traffic and website rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to find relevant and high-performing keywords for content improvement.
  • Optimize website content, such as landing pages, blog articles, and product descriptions, for search engine visibility and user engagement.
  • Use on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including link building, to increase website visibility and authority.
  • Monitor website performance with SEO tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Search Console to track key indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular website audits to uncover technical faults, increase site speed, and ensure correct indexing by search engines.
  • Stay current with industry developments and search engine algorithm updates to adjust SEO efforts accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content authors, web developers, and designers to ensure that SEO best practices are followed across the website.
  • Analyze competitors' SEO techniques to find ways to stay ahead in organic search rankings.
  • Generate reports and deliver data to the marketing team and management to demonstrate the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar function, including a track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved website rankings.
  • Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking variables, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in both on-page and off-page optimization approaches, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
  • Strong communication abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media and content marketing tactics for integrating SEO efforts into larger marketing campaigns.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in SEO and digital marketing.
