Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive to take charge of our search engine optimization strategies, ensuring increased organic traffic, higher search rankings, and improved lead generation. This role involves overseeing on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO implementation, link-building strategies, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in SEO and be able to lead initiatives that align with the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. SEO Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    • Optimize website architecture, content, and internal linking structures for better indexability and user experience.
  2. On-Page & Technical SEO:
    • Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary fixes (site speed, schema markup, mobile-friendliness, etc.).
    • Optimize metadata, headings, and website content based on keyword research and best practices.
    • Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations.
  3. Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
    • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
    • Manage outreach campaigns for guest posting, partnerships, and PR-related SEO efforts.
    • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to maintain a healthy link-building strategy.
  4. Content & SEO Alignment:
    • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly articles, blogs, and landing pages.
    • Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies, maintaining high-quality and engaging material.
  5. Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
    • Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
    • Prepare reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and conversion rates.
    • Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Industry Trends & Best Practices:
    • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
    • Implement new strategies to stay ahead of competitors and improve search rankings.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in handling SEO for eCommerce, SaaS, or tech-related businesses.
  • Basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing strategies.
  • Previous experience managing an SEO team is a plus.
  • Shift Timings: Afternoon (03:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.)
