Working Hours: Mon - Sat (10 am to 7 pm)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Performance Marketer located in Lahore. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities include managing digital advertising campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing marketing metrics, and generating performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven 7-8 years experience in Performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce with a minimum of 15+ ROAS campaigns.
  • ECOMMERCE SALES GROWTH EXPERIENCE ON PRODUCT SELLING ONLY.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Affiliate, Bing, marketplace, etc.)
  • CANDIDATES WITH ONLY SEO & GOOGLE EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
  • Experience in data analysis and interpreting marketing metrics
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Campaign budget utilization experience of Rs 1 to 3 million/month
  • Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience with e-commerce and SEO is a plus
  • Ability to balance revenue pressure / ROAS performances
  • Willing to accept challenges and convert them into opportunities

Preferred experience in categories such as Mobile handsets, Electronics, Clothing, Footwear, Fragrances, Beauty and Personal Care, Health, Home Decor, Sports, etc., or a combination.
