Your role

The overall objective is to keep assigned clients happy at a level that they can refer SabirCo to their network without any requests on our side. The main role includes but is not limited to;

  • Work with assigned team members on new clients onboarding and setups
  • Work on assigned accounting tasks (routine Bank reconciliations, Journal Entries, AP, and AR)
  • Drafting financial reports, including annual financial statements
  • Assist team members in the development of financial models, cash flow, and profitability forecasts
  • Compiling and analyzing financial information
  • Helping project managers in transitioning, upgrading, or implementing financial systems
  • Any other roles assigned by the management
The qualifications
  • CA Inter / ACCA Affiliate (ALL papers passed)
  • Technical proficiency in accounting/financial management including the ability (along with the team) to prepare financial statements
  • Accounting skills necessary to generate, prepare and review general ledger, journal entries, records in accordance with GAAP, etc.
  • Ability to identify variances and research questions regarding financial activity and to improve accounting processes & procedures
  • Promote positive working relationships with diverse personalities/roles at all levels in the firm
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with team members, plan and execute work on time and within budget
Salary and compensation
  • PKR35,000 from joining if shortlisted.
  • Salary increment after every 6 months based on quarterly performance reviews
  • Annual performance bonus
