Job Title: Business Development Executive – North American Market
Location: DotLogics Office, 191 Nazaria-e-Pakistan Ave, Block F, PIA Housing Scheme, Lahore 54770 (Near Uniworth Clothing Store)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PKT (Aligned with U.S. EST Hours)
DotLogics is a premier U.S.-based digital consultancy helping North American businesses thrive through customized web development, ERP/CRM integration, AI-driven automation, and growth marketing solutions. With a growing presence in Lahore, we're scaling our Business Development team to fuel expansion across the U.S. and Canada.
What You'll Do
• Prospect & Research: Build targeted lead lists using top-tier data sourcing tools aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Outbound Outreach: Launch and manage multi-step cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone using automation platforms.
• Lead Qualification & Handoff: Engage key decision-makers, pitch DotLogics' services, and set qualified intro meetings for our U.S.-based Sales team.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of contacts, activities, and pipeline stages in our CRM system.
• Optimize Campaigns: A/B test outreach messages, subject lines, and calls-to-action to improve response and conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
o 2+ years of outbound B2B business development or sales experience for a software services or SaaS company focused on North American markets.
o Proven ability to run successful cold outreach campaigns across multiple channels.
o Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.
o Excellent English communication skills—verbal and written.
o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
o Exposure to solutions like ERP, CRM, BI, supply-chain systems, or enterprise integrations.
o Knowledge of North American business etiquette and CAN-SPAM compliance.
o Hands-on CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics).
o Track record of lead generation success.
