Job Responsibilities
  1. Identify and target potential clients for print and digital media services
  2. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  4. Understand client needs and recommend tailored media solutions
  5. Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations
  6. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  8. Upsell and cross-sell print, digital, branding, and promotional services
  9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution
  10. Act as the communication bridge between clients and creative teams
  11. Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts
  12. Represent the agency in client meetings and industry events
  13. Maintain sales records and client databases accurately
  14. Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management
  15. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns
  16. Contribute ideas for business growth and service improvement initiatives
