Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our LED lighting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will spearhead sales strategies, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector. This role demands a proactive approach to promoting and selling LED lighting solutions for projects, offering expertise in lighting designs and comprehensive project management.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Architectural & industrial sector.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base.

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their lighting needs and providing tailored solutions.

· Collaborate with the technical team to offer lighting designs and project management support.

· Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven track record in industrial and project sales within the LED lighting industry.

· Strong understanding of LED lighting technology and applications will be preferred.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet sales targets.
