Work Schedule: Monday to Friday plus one Saturday per month
Office Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to take ownership of the entire sales cycle.. ranging from lead generation to closing. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of international client engagement, and proven expertise in platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Email Marketing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and is fluent in American-accented English.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Own the full sales cycle.. from lead generation to closing deals
- Proactively source international clients through LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and cold calling when required.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and segment high-potential leads
- Craft customized proposals that directly address client pain points and objectives
Client Communication & Sales Calls
- Serve as the primary contact for international prospects throughout the sales journey
- Conduct discovery calls, sales meetings, and follow-ups to build trust and convert leads
- Maintain fluent, confident communication in American-accented English (spoken and written)
- Make cold calls to U.S. and international businesses as part of outbound strategy when necessary
Appointment Setting & Pipeline Management
- Book and manage qualified meetings using email outreach and LinkedIn messaging
- Maintain up-to-date and detailed records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Excel)
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, account management) to ensure solution alignment and proposal accuracy
Email Marketing & Outreach
- Plan, write, and execute high-performing cold and warm email sequences
- Use segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to drive response and conversion rates
- Continuously optimize outreach strategy based on performance data
Key Competencies & Required Levels:
1. Outbound Prospecting (Advanced)
You must be highly skilled in sourcing decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Instantly. You should consistently generate at least 100 qualified leads per week and achieve a 10%+ positive response rate through cold outreach.
2. Cold Email Writing (Advanced)
You should be able to write high-converting cold emails using personalization, pain-based hooks, and persuasive CTAs. You must demonstrate results with at least a 3% reply rate and 1 booked call per 30 emails sent.
3. Sales Conversations & Closing (Advanced)
Proficiency in high-stakes sales calls is essential. One close call is essential with close rate. You must know how to lead structured sales calls, handle objections, and close deals.
4. Proposal Creation & Customization (Proficient)
You should be able to craft custom proposals using Google Slides, Notion, or Loom video pitches that align with the client's needs. A strong candidate consistently gets feedback or follow-up on at least 80% of proposals sent.
5. CRM & Pipeline Management (Proficient)
You must manage and update your sales pipeline through tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar. You're expected to maintain 95%+ accuracy in deal stages, follow-up tasks, and notes.
6. Meeting Booking & Follow-up (Proficient)
You should be adept at booking meetings via email, and LinkedIn DMs. The benchmark is 10+ qualified meetings per month and a structured follow-up system within 24 hours for all leads.
7. Email Marketing & Automation (Foundational to Proficient)
You'll be expected to run segmented and personalized campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Mailshake, or Instantly.ai. You should be able to maintain 20%+ open rates and learn A/B testing quickly.
8. Sales Copywriting (Proficient)
Ability to write punchy subject lines, compelling CTAs, and test variations for conversion. You should demonstrate a clear understanding of buyer psychology in writing and be constantly iterating based on performance metrics.
9. Time & Lead Prioritization (Proficient)
You must manage your tasks and leads using a clear prioritization system. All high-value leads should be followed up within 24 hours. You're expected to operate with a "zero-inbox" mentality and a bias toward speed.
10. Tool Adaptability (Proficient)
You should be tech-comfortable and able to adopt new tools within 1–2 weeks of onboarding. You're expected to explore and implement modern sales tools that improve prospecting efficiency and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, international client acquisition, or outbound business development
- Demonstrated success in cold outreach, sales calls, and closing high-ticket clients
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)... must be able to confidently conduct client meetings with the U.S.-based prospects
Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, Apollo, etc.)
- CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho)
Bonus Qualifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with Loom or video-based proposals
- Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales
- Knowledge of sales psychology and frameworks like High Ticket Selling, NEPQ.
- Familiarity with automation and personalization tools for outreach campaigns
