We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in front-end, back-end, and React Native development to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering scalable solutions while ensuring best coding practices. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers across front-end, back-end, and mobile applications.
  • Architect, design, and develop scalable and efficient web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance APIs and services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Material UI.
  • Proficiency in performance optimization and responsive design.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, or Django.
  • Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience in React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
  • Familiarity with React Navigation, Redux, Context API.
  • Experience in integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android deployment processes (App Store, Google Play).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of software security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
