General Summary:

Qualcomm IT is seeking a Senior Developer for the Intelligent Automation Center (IAC). Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building Intelligent Automation solutions across various domains using RPA platforms and AI/ML-based Cognitive Solutions & Services with Automation Anywhere and Python.
  • Designing and developing Process Mining Data models and Dashboards using Celonis.
  • Collaborating with Business teams to understand requirements and provide solution design & architecture.
  • Developing domain expertise to support IAC expansion.
  • Establishing standard design principles and architecture patterns, ensuring solutions adhere to standards.
  • Following development, coding standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Building a catalog of reusable components for scalability.
  • Developing and configuring automation processes according to technical design documents.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for RPA projects, including process mapping, specifications, and deployment details.
  • Performing thorough unit testing and developing reusable test cases.
  • Supporting product testing and UAT collaboratively with test teams.
  • Reporting status, issues, and risks regularly to technical leads.
  • Enhancing skills through certifications and training team members on RPA and Celonis technologies.
  • Working independently and in teams with good communication and management skills.
  • Providing timely updates on assignments and dependencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in programming, scripting, automation, or relevant IT work with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years without a Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ year experience with database structures like MongoDB, MySQL.
  • Good knowledge of RPA Process and Automation Anywhere.
  • Understanding of Process Mining and experience with Celonis.
  • Hands-on experience with programming in RPA and Python.
