What You'll Do:

Develop and execute strategic sales plan and track performance against goals
Manage and lead a team of Forex sales agents - set goals and monitor individual and team performance
Analyze sales data and identify areas of improvement
Provide sales forecast and report weekly to upper management
Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of new sales agents
Ensure compliance with company policies

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience in Forex or finance (3+ years preferred)

Strong understanding of trading products (e.g. FX, CFDs, brokers, MT4/MT5 platforms)
Lead generation & pipeline management – knows how to build, nurture, and close leads
CRM mastery – efficient in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or custom CRMs
Data-driven decision-making – tracks KPIs like conversion rate, CPL, CAC, and ROI
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Coaching ability – trains and motivates junior agents to hit targets
Performance tracking – creates daily/weekly reports, runs review sessions, and manages underperformance swiftly
Team management – can lead a team of 5–15 agents, including remote reps
