The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales and distribution activities within the assigned cluster, ensuring seamless operations and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock availability and drive consistent increase in market penetration for products.
- Enforce distribution policies and maintain strict discipline across the territory.
- Supervise Grid Managers, providing guidance to help them manage their teams effectively and achieve their targets.
- Evaluate potential outlets based on key criteria, including coverage, financial and logistical strength, brand affiliations, and reputation.
- Keep channel partners well-informed on updates related to SOPs, targets, and trade promotions.
- Ensure that the sales team is fully trained, equipped, and knowledgeable about all company products.
- Cultivate a professional environment that fosters strong business relationships with franchises, distributors, and trade partners.
- A Bachelor's Degree or above is required.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends.
You should be able to motivate and direct your team to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
