Are you ready to jumpstart your career in business development? TechPrysm, a dynamic company, is seeking a Growth Executive to join their team. We offer cutting-edge custom software development services to offshore clients, providing an opportunity to learn, grow, and create a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Research client needs and deliver tailored solutions effectively.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and accomplishments.
- Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Engage in outbound marketing campaigns via calls and emails to identify leads.
Timings:
Candidates must be willing to work night shifts (4 PM to 1 AM).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- 0-1 year of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT/software).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
