1. Manages the full Android software development life cycle.
2. Supervises Team Leads of Development, QA, Designing and Business Analysis.
3. Provides both verbal and written communication regarding the project status, risks issues, and makes recommendations to Project Manager.
4. Manages allocation of resources within the program(s) to meet work fluctuations and budget and time constraints in the delivery process.
5. Serves as subject matter expert, providing technical and analytical guidance to the program and project teams.
6. Responsible for delivering project/programme workstream activity and delivers assigned work packages in the wider context
7. Responsible for supporting Project Manager as demanded by Project Manager.

Job Specification

1. At least BS Computer Science or Equivalent
2. At least 2 year experience
3. Leadership Skills
4. Complete Command on Android and Java and related technologies
5. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people within and outside the organisation.
6. Ability to work under pressure in complex environment and deliver work with conflicting priorities to tight deadlines.
7. Significant experience of delivering packages of work within projects.
