Job Description

This role entails coordinating meetings, ensuring seamless communication among project leads and site teams. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing reports, monitoring progress, and identifying bottlenecks to implement effective resolution strategies.

  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and send meeting invitations to ensure all departments are informed.
  • Provide project updates to management through presentations and reports.
  • Develop weekly and monthly target reports to track progress.
  • Regularly follow up with site teams on daily targets and progress.
  • Facilitate coordination between Head Office and Project Site Teams.
  • Conduct analysis on planned versus actual progress.
  • Identify and propose solutions for bottlenecks.
  • Develop procurement plans and track procurements.
  • Generate material purchase requests.
  • Coordinate projects RFIs.
  • Monitor material demands across all projects.
  • Collaborate with Design and drawings control management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A relevant engineering degree or a Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration or Management is required for this position.
