The Job
Longform content servicing Specialist manages all deadlines for processing content from the reception of masters to the air version readiness.

The Daily – Major Activities

  1. Manage the content traffic process across different areas from external/internal vendors/distributors based on parameters already given by the strategy teams.

  2. Keeps track of content assigned (rejections, replacements, missing content).

  3. Creates and manages work orders across systems for all operations areas, setting timelines and processes required.

  4. Works closely with Programming/Strategy teams in order to archive the business strategy plan, giving proper feedback about operation processes.

  5. Data entry of technical and operative information across media assets management systems. Creates and follows reports in order to guarantee the proper airing of content.

The Essentials

  1. 2-3+ years of experience in negotiation and tracking.

  2. Degree or equivalent experience in Television Studio Operation, Television Studio Production, or Direction College Degree.

  3. Media Company Administration.

  4. Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading. Advanced level or higher.

The Nice to Haves

  1. Experience in working in a multinational corporation.

  2. Experience in media operations for at least 3 years.

  3. Experience in other roles in broadcast (playout, transmission, graphics, postproduction, content management).

  4. Experience in other roles such as Programming or roles that imply working with vendors/distributors.
