Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be expected to coordinate with marketing teams, prepare sales reports, and participate in promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Excellence in Sales Management and Strategic Planning
- Proven experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Trend Identification
- Ability to prepare Sales Reports and perform Data Analysis
- Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
- Experience in Real Estate or similar industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
