  • Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach to engage with potential prospects and decision-makers (800+ requests/month).
  • Execute personalized cold email campaigns to drive interest and initiate conversations (500+ emails/month).
  • Build and maintain relationships with Private Equity (PE) firms, industrial customers, and other potential collaborators to identify opportunities (250+ contacts/month).
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with strategic partners to expand the business network (20+ firms/month).

·The ISR is expected to generate approximately 95+ qualified leads per month.

Lead Qualification

  • Research and identify key decision-makers and assess their potential fit as clients.
  • Gather relevant business intelligence to tailor outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and conversion.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, prospect data, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and pipeline development.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and outreach sequences.
  • Share insights from prospect interactions to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
