Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  3. Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  4. Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
  7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  8. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  5. Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
