Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Call Center Representatives to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and drive Sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch company products/services.
  2. Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through follow-ups and effective communication.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in international sales or cold calling, preferably in a B2B environment.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and meeting sales target.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours to cater to international time zones.
